Roco Seoul may review stories, places, reviews, traveler notes, and writer place requests so travel information remains useful and safe.

False information, unauthorized advertising, rights infringement, violent expression, discriminatory or hateful content, and repeated unrelated posts may be restricted.

Reviews should be based on a real visit or a clear service experience.

Traveler notes should be short travel records or place tips related to map coordinates selected directly by the user, and should not include personal information or contact details.

When a report is submitted, the operator may review content, context, repetition, and possible harm before applying hiding, edit requests, deletion, or account restrictions.

Automated access, spam, impersonation, security abuse, or repeated policy violations may lead to feature limits or account restrictions.

Severe violations may be handled urgently without prior notice. Users may submit objections through the contact channel.

Outdated or inaccurate place information may be edited, held for review, rejected, or hidden.

Writer place requests may be reflected after reviewing the place name, address, description, coordinates, and image-rights confirmation.

Unauthorized images, unclear image sources, or materials that may infringe copyright or portrait rights may be restricted.

Users may contact hello@rocoseoul.com to object to hiding, deletion, pending review, or account restrictions.

The operator may review the request and explain the reason or result where appropriate.
